The County of Oxford administers a variety of housing programs, utilizing funding from all levels of government, to support the creation of affordable and supportive housing. These programs offer a variety of incentives for developers, builders and prospective homeowners or landlords.
Since 2007, these programs have helped to create 650 new rental units and assist 171 families purchase their first home.
