The Public Works department is responsible for the management, maintenance operations and capital works for Water & Wastewater. The finance department is responsible for administering the water billing and collection process.
If you have an issue with the systems water and wastewater operations such as water quality or meter issues, please contact your billing agent. Depending on where you live and the type of concern, your operation staff could be Oxford County, City of Woodstock or the Town of Tillsonburg. Rate changes for 2022
Starting on January 1, 2022, new rates for water and wastewater come into effect. Rates for 2021-2024 were set in 2020 following public consultation and will vary depending on where you live in Oxford County. More info
