Effective October 2017, Oxford County has issued opportunities and received submissions using Bids&Tenders for digital procurement management. If you are not a current subscriber to Bids&Tenders, you will need to subscribe as a vendor to receive notice of opportunities and submit bids to Oxford County.

Oxford County does not require you to pay in order to receive notifications, to preview bid documents, or to submit questions on bids. To obtain an unsecured version of the bid document and/or to submit a bid on a bidding opportunity, vendors have the option to pay an unlimited annual subscription fee or a one-time fee per bid opportunity to Bids&Tenders™.

Bidders can:

• preview bid documents,
• register as a plan taker,
• acknowledge agenda, and
• submit, edit and/or withdraw bid submissions
