Home Ownership Program

Opening Monday, March 14, 2022 for all Oxford County residents.

The dream of owning your own home is not out of reach, thanks to the Home Ownership Program.

The program provides financial assistance to qualified low-to-moderate income households. Funding is limited and is available on a first come, first served basis, in the form of a 20-year interest-free loan registered on title and up to 5% of the purchase price of the home.

This program is made possible through the Investment in Affordable Housing (IAH) Program, which is funded by the federal and provincial governments.

If you are interested in applying, please review the eligibility criteria contained in the ‘Home Ownership Fact Sheet’.
