Oxford County currently provides water services for 21 communities with approximately 34,500 customers and wastewater services for 11 communities with approximately 32,000 customers. The County does not directly bill residents, but instead uses athird-party billing provider to charge and collect water and wastewater fees.

Each Water and Wastewater financial system is self-sustaining. Revenue comes from billing residents for water use. There are 4 water financial system, and 11 wastewater financial system. You will receive a bill for your water use from one of the County’s billing agents. Depending on where you live, your billing provider could be ERTH Solutions, Erie Thames Power or Tillsonburg Hydro. See table below

You are charged for water use based on your water meter reading. The Oxford County’s billing agent RDS Solutions is responsible for reading each meter via drive-by meter technology. Meters are read once a month, however could be more for final reads. 

If you have an issue with the systems water and wastewater operations such as water quality or meter issues, please contact your billing agent. Depending on where you live and the type of concern, your operation staff could be Oxford County, City of Woodstock or the Town of Tillsonburg.
