Purpose:
The purpose of this Schedule B Class EA Study is to implement new filtration equipment at the Dereham Centre WTF to reduce both iron and arsenic levels in the groundwater.
Scope:
The proposed WTF upgrade to incorporate filtration will introduce process residuals which require management. Accordingly, this Schedule B Class EA Study will include evaluation of residual/backwash management alternatives.
