Oxford County Paramedic Services has partnered with the Oxford County Community Health Centre (OCCHC) to bring its Community Paramedicine team on board the OCCHC’s Mobile Health Outreach Bus. The bus, scheduled to hit the road this fall, will bring medical and mental health outreach services into the community and closer to Oxford County’s most vulnerable.

Having the Community Paramedicine Program present on the Mobile Outreach Bus allows at-risk populations to access COVID-19 assessment and testing services more easily. The bus will travel throughout Oxford communities and stop alongside other stationary community services – like food banks – so that individuals can access multiple services in one location or trip.
